This was my second visit to Dr Riley's ofc. in 3 months.Iam an older female having recently be hospitalized 3 months prior for 2 infected kidneys.Having concerns again I turned to Dr.Riley, her staff listen to me when I called searched her appts put me in an 30 min.window & I was treated by Dr Riley before she left for her vacation.Thanks to her incredible team work by her close working compassionate staff Dr Riley's ofc made my day! I was treated with respect kindness in an very professional manner.Dr Riley explain all my questions & concerns with her answers gave needed information I was even aware of due to my age.I was very impressed that she wanted to make sure I was treated before she went on her vacation as an precautionary measure while awaiting more test.I don't just recommend Dr Riley to my friends I recommend her to any female of any age especially if your in need. I came here after having a male doctor dismiss my concerns and refused to do a copo on me that I was approved for by the breast and cervical program. Can’t remember the lady’s name today but she was kind-understanding and did the copo for me. Ended up needing a cervical biopsy as well so I’m thankful this place took my concerns serious. Dr. Riley has the unusual knack of being both professional and funny. She put me at ease very quickly with her calm bedside manner and sense of humor. The office she works in is not only clean, but visually stunning and though I didn't sit for long waiting, it had an atmosphere that would have left me unbothered over a long wait. The front office staff are very kind and gave me directions when I was lost, nobody freaked out over me being a couple of minutes late, and I'm genuinely happy to have found a great OBGYN on my first try here. Dr. Riley is a great doctor! She finds what is best based on her patients needs and preferences. She offers over the counter medication options to help patients save money. I have been struggling with PCOS symptoms since I was a teenager. I’ve been to different doctors and none of them considered to test me for PCOS. I’ve been to too many clinics and different Gyno doctors in the past 2 decades due to all the moving as a military family. We finally set some roots in middle TN and I feel extremely lucky to have found Dr. Riley and the Namaste clinic! She immediately diagnosed me without beating around the bush and scheduled what was needed without hesitation. She also took time to answer all my questions as well as explain what was happening to me. I absolutely LOVED her and plan on coming back to get myself established as a lifer. Dr. Riley is my role model. She delivered my first daughter and was very professional about it and always had a great attitude when I saw her. Throughout my whole first pregnancy, I had appointments at Namaste and never had one complaint.
